With our regular opportunities for vocational training, many young people have already started working life and no matter what educational path they have already taken – further training opportunities can be of decisive importance for all areas of responsibility. For example, there are a number of further training opportunities in the group – from general English lessons to forklift driver's licenses and management training. It is also possible to do your doctorate in the company. For all those who need them, work clothes are of course provided, the cleaning of which is also organized in the company.
There are two free employee events a year (summer party and Christmas party), and all employees receive a private voucher card, which is recharged monthly and is freely available. Where the tasks allow, there is also the possibility for many work areas to spend part of the week in the home office and flextime models help to create a better work-life balance.
