Transferability of Flame Spray Pyrolysis to the Pulsation Reactor

At this year’s ATC conference, IBU-tec presented results how products from lab scale flame spray pyrolysis can be scaled up to production quantities using the pulsation reactor.

In his lecture, Christian Klaus of our research & development team showed the successful transfer of a flame spray pyrolysis production process to the pulsation reactor. This adaptation opens up an option to produce material so far limited to laboratory scale in larger quantities at reduced cost. In the future, additional material systems may be accessed to further research the advantages our pulsation reactor platform can bring.
